    Hello

     
    Its been quite a while.
     
    I was going to delete this but then I got a pm from a fellow sufferer and well I changed my mind.
     
    Not that I have much to add it always seems to be the same complaints.
     
    No relief, no doctor that helps, just out of ideas.
